Madeleine’s favourite part of the job is confirming that the application was successful and that her client’s new passport is on its way. Outside of work, Madeleine enjoys traveling, practicing yoga and Pilates, knitting, swimming in the ocean, and hiking. Her favourite quote is “The best time is right now.”
